Vertical Arm Rolls
Vertical Arm Rolls, back and forth along the same arm and then to an angel roll. One starts from a vertical steve the other from an angel roll, but the turn and carry on the shoulder makes them go back down the same arm.
You can turn both ways with each roll, but one is significantly harder than the other.
